It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Kellie Marie Hopstetter has been unable to be located by Alexander Patrick Hopstetter and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Kellie Marie Hopstetter shall serve upon Alexander Patrick Hopstetter, 3551 Lazzelle Union Road, Morgantown, WV 26501, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before Sept. 4, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the
relief demanded in the Complaint.
