To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Racheal Lynn Moore has been unable to be located by John T. Rishel, III and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Racheal Lynn Moore shall serve upon John T. Rishel, III 730 Quarry Run Road, Morgantown, WV 26508, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before Sept. 7, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
