The Monongalia County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the following requests on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the MCPC First Floor Conference Room at the Morgantown Municipal Airport Terminal, Hart Field Road, Morgantown, WV. Case MA 001-2015: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Neighborhood Residential (R-2) for the properties legally described as Union Tax Map 12 Parcels 81, 81.1, 82, 82.1, 82.2, 83, 84, 85, 86, & 86.1and Union Tax Map 21, Parcels 6, 7, & 8.

Case MA 002-2015: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to High Density Residential (R-4) to for the properties legally described as Morgan Tax Map 4D Parcels 33 and 34.

Case MA 003-2015: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Neighborhood Residential (R-2) to High Density Residential (R-4) to for the property legally described as Morgan Tax Map 4B Parcels 67 and 68.
