YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Domestic Relations Petition has been filed in the above-captioned matter naming SHARON L. PEELMAN as the Respondent and wife of RICHARD PEELMAN in the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 4th day of November, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. before Judge C. Darren Tallman at the Judge Black Annex, 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Domestic Relations Petition, further action may be taken including the granting of the divorce without any further notice to you.
