You must appear and defend any such rights at or before the hearing in this matter which shall be held in the Family Court Offices at 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, on the 16th day of November 2016, at 10:00 O’clock a.m. If you fail to appear and defend said rights or otherwise fail to respond within the required time after proper service, judgment by default will be rendered against you anytime thereafter.
