NOTICE OF
APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pendleton Community Bank, Inc., Franklin, West Virginia, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to purchase the assets and assume the liabilities associated with the branches of Carter Bank & Trust, located at 317 N. Main Street, Bridgewater, Virginia 22812; and 2169 S. Main St., Harrisonburg, VA 22801; and 478 Frontier Dr., Staunton, Virginia 24401. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 Tenth Street, N.E., Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849, no later than March 23, 2021. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request. A schedule of charges for such copies may be obtained from the Regional Office.
