To all persons having a claim against B & I, LLC:
Notice is given pursuant to Section 31B- 8- 808, West Virginia Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, that B & I, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company, was dissolved on June 8, 2018 upon the unanimous consent of the members of B & I, LLC. All persons having a claim against B & I, LLC are required to present their claim in accordance with this notice. Claims must be in writing and must contain sufficient information reasonably to inform B & I, LLC of the claimant’s identity and the substance and basis for the claim. Claims are to be sent to Ann J. Bird, Manager, 103 Killdeer Lane, Dayton, Virginia 22821. Any claim against B & I, LLC is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this notice.
