PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON CASE NO. 15-0193-MC-C K&D TRUCKING, LLC, a limited liability company, Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide dumpster services in Raleigh, Fayette and Summers Counties. NOTICE OF FILING On February 3, 2015, K&D Trucking, LLC (K&D) applied for a certificate of public convenience and necessity: to operate as a common carrier by dumpsters in the transportation of solid waste from points and places in Raleigh, Fayette and Summers Counties to places of disposal. Rates: $350 per week plus cost of disposal. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or request to intervene within ten days following the date of publication unless otherwise modified by Commission Order. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.
