NOTICE OF PETITION FOR A ZONING VARIANCE

TO ALL RESIDENTS AND PROP- ERTY OWNERS IN THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

Please take notice that an application and petition has been made by Pitt RE Holdings RE, LLC (contract purchaser) and Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC (developer/Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee) (collectively, “Petitioners”) under the requirements of the Zoning ordinance of said City of Moundsville, to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Moundsville. Petitioners are the contract purchaser/developer of the property located at 10 Walmart Drive in said City, said property being PARCEL NO. 11-0009-0155- 0000.

Petitioners pray that the Board of Zoning Appeals grant a variance or exception to the terms of the Zoning ordinance so that the petitioners be allowed to construct and operate a Dunkin’ Do- nuts with a drive-thru on an outparcel (to be subdivided) at the intersection of Walmart Drive and Lafayette Avenue currently part of the Wal-Mart parcel.

Said property is located in a C-1: Commercial Corridor District as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of The City of Moundsville.

This application and petition will be heard and considered at a public meeting of said Board to be held in the Council Chambers in the City Building, Moundsville, WV at 6:30 PM on the 3rd day of March 2021, at which time and place you may attend and make objections or be heard.
