NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
TOWN OF FRANKLIN WATER RATE
ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on October 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance which was introduced on September 8, 2020. Any person interested may appear before the Town Council of the Town of Franklin (the “Town”) at the Town Hall, Franklin, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing Town Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE
SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR
SERVICE TO
CUSTOMERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF
FRANKLIN.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the Town Hall, Franklin, West Virginia during regular office hours. 1c
