NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of a proposed Water System Improvements Project. The Town of Monongah plans to improve the water system by replacing select water main lines and rehabilitating the water storage tanks. The Town is pursuing public funds through the USDA Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service in order to cover the cost of the project.
This notice is also to inform the public of a public meeting to be held on August 10, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed water project and to comment on economic and environmental impacts, service area, or alternatives to the project.
