NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Notice is hereby given that BRENDA LAMP and ROBERT LAMP on behalf of their son, JANSEN ROBERT COE, will come before the honorable ROBERT A. WATERS. Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in his Chambers in Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, West Virginian on March 14, 2016, at 9:45 oáclock a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and petition the said Circuit Court for an Order allowing him to change his name from JANSEN ROBERT COE to JANSEN ROBERT LAMP pursuant to Article 25 of Chapter 48 of the Code of West Virginia of 1931, as amended. This matter shall come on for hearing as set forth above, and that it is necessary for each said person who wishes to object or otherwise contest the change of name of JANSEN ROBERT COE to appear at the date, time and place aforesaid to note those objections.
