You will take notice that Ross Family Investments, LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541918, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Lot #11 & E 25 Ft of Lot 10 E M Kenney Adn #2 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Vance Nellie, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 04/25/2016. Ross Family Investments, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/25/2016, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 07/25/2016 will be as follows:

 

Amount equal to the taxes and charges due on the date of sale, with interest, to 07/25/2016                                      $264.57
