To: Cert. 541929 PAUL RIEL JR, DAVID RIEL, SHERIFF OF WOOD CO ADMINISTRATOR OF SHIRLEY RIEL ESTATE, BRIAN RIEL, CITY OF PARKERSBURG (ESTATE CLAIMS – SHIRLEY RIEL), SHERRIE BELL, CAMDEN CLARK MEDICAL CENTER (ESTATE CLAIM), WOOD COUNTY PROSECUTOR, WOOD COUNTY PROSECUTOR, CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES LLC (ESTATE CLAIM), SUNSET MEMORY FUNERAL HOME (ESTATE CLAIM), HAWKER FINANCIAL CORPORATION, SHIRLEY RIEL, DECEASED, AERIANNA FARNSWORTH, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, or Iienholders.
You will take notice that Christina Hall, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541929, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT 160X70X160X70 MAIN ST which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of RIEL DAVID, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 08/03/2016. Christina Hall requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/28/2016, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 11/28/2016 will be as follows:
