You will take notice that Williams Resources Corporation, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541884, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Pt 1 Teft & Hutchinson Adn 64×25 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Big Elk Creek LLC 2012 Posey Robert 2013-14, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. Williams Resources Corporation requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/20/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 11/20/2015 will be as follows:
