Notice of the Special Meeting of Members of Belpre Savings Bank
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Belpre Savings Bank will be held at the Belpre Shrine Club at 1225 Blennerhassett Avenue, Belpre, Ohio, on the 25th day of August, 2016 at 12:00 Noon. The business to be taken up at the said Special Meeting shall be:
- Consideration of Amendments to the Belpre Savings Bank Constitution; and
- Approval of the acquisition of Belpre Savings Bank by First Mutual Holding Co.
A Notice of the Special Meeting and related Proxy Statement was sent to the Members of Belpre Savings Bank on July 20, 2016.
