The WV Legislature passed Rule 64CSR30 during the 2020 legislative session. This rule allows county health departments to increase Fees for Permits. These permits include, but not limited to the following: grocery store, restaurant, well, septic system, campground, mobile home park, motel, and childcare center.
A copy of the fee schedule can be obtained at the health department, located at 273 Mill Road, Franklin, WV. The public is invited to comment, in writing, on the proposed fee schedule for 30 days. The deadline for written comments is April 30, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Any person who wishes to make verbal comments may contact Amber Hedrick, Administrator, to be included on the Board of Health meeting agenda for May 25, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
