NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
TO: CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF FAIRMONT:
Please take notice that the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Fairmont will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City of Fairmont Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV, on the following items:
Thomas Paeglow, a representative of #1 A LifeSaver Distribution Inc. requests a conditional use permit to allow for the establishment of an ignition interlock installation and monitoring business at 740 Bellview Blvd. The proposed action is located off in a Main Corridor Commercial Zoning District and is identified as tax parcel 3-39-24.
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard on the matter.
Following the public hearing, the Commission shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
