YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for adoption of the above-identified child born to Amanda Mae Bell, the child’s mother, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 6th day of January, 2015 at 10:30am before Judge J.D. Beane at the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without any further notice to you.
