The Philippi — Barbour County Regional Airport Authority has established an overall goal of 2.95{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} DBE participation in its USDOT-assisted contracts for the federal government Fiscal Years FY 2014, FY 2015 & FY 2016. The rationale for the establishment of this goal is available for inspection during normal business hours at City Hall, Philippi, West Virginia, for a 30-day period beginning with the publication of this notice.
The Philippi — Barbour County Regional Airport Authority and the USDOT will accept comments from interested parties for a period of 45 days beginning with the publication of this notice. Responding parties may submit comments to either/or:
