MV Residential Construction, general contractor, is requesting bids from all trades for Reserve at Edison Hill, located in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This project includes new construction of 30 townhome units and a clubhouse. Construction is expected to begin in December with completion in 12 months. All bidders are required to hold pricing for the duration of the project.
Section 3 companies and Minority, Women, Veteran, and Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate in the bid process.

The bid deadline is Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. EDT. Bids are required to be on our bid forms and can be e-mailed to [email protected] or faxed to 1.855.845.8720 or mailed to MVRC Estimating / Edison, 9349 WaterStone Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45249. We will analyze all bids and consequently award contracts for this project. The owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all of said proposals, and to waive formalities in the bids.
