NOTICE
Please be advised that on December 10th, 2025, the Fayette County Commission will consider the entry of an Order regarding changes to several precincts and polling place locations for Fayette County. These changes are being sought to more closely align county precincts with municipal boundaries because of recent changes in state code. They will also consider a minor boundary adjustment to the magisterial districts affecting approximately 40 voters. These will be permanent changes effective with the May 12, 2026, Primary Election. Any interested party may appear before the Fayette County Commission during a public hearing scheduled on December 10th, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., in the Fayette County Commission Chambers.
