TO: ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS, OWNING PROPERTY OR HOLDING LIENS UPON PROPERTY WHICH IS NEAR TO OR ABUTTING THAT CERTAIN STREET SOUGHT TO BE ABANDONED AND CLOSED IN BRAGGVILLE SUBDIVISION, KNOWN AS âFRONT STREETâ, SET FORTH ON THE VERIFIED APPLICATION FILED WITH THE FAYETTE COUNTY COMMISSION ON January 8, 2026, SITUATE IN PLATEAU DISTRICT, FAYETTE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, AND TO ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION HAVING ANY INTEREST THEREIN.
You will take notice that Steven J. Davis and Tanja M. Davis, his wife, have, pursuant to W. Va. Code Chapter 7, §3(h), filed their verified Application with the Fayette County Commission praying for an Order abandoning and vacating that certain street known as âFrontâ Street shown and set forth on the application on file with the Fayette County Commission, and said Commission has fixed a time for a hearing on said Application at 9:30 A.M. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at its Office at which time and place the Commission will hear evidence relating to the use of and the rights or claims in and to said Street which is proposed to be abandoned, closed and vacated and will determine its action upon said application.
At which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.
