NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7, Article 1, Section 3(h) of the West Virginia Code, the Petitioners will bring on for hearing before the County Commission of Wood County, on the 24th day of October 2016, at the hour of 9:45 oáclock a.m., at the Courthouse located in Parkersburg, West Virginia, their Petition to close and vacate portions of ALAMO ST south of Lot 100/10 to southernmost end of 100/15 and between Lots 100/14 and 100/15 between Lots 100/9 and 100/10 and including area between Lots 100/4 and 100/5. A plat for said property appears of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, In Plat Book 100, Parcel C. At such hearing the County Commission will hear any evidence relating to the use of and rights or claims in or to such road, street, or traveled way sought to be closed and vacated.
