It is hereby ordered that TRINITY JAMES Respondent, serve upon CHAD ALLEN JAMES Petitioner, whose address is 1602 OAK STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 7, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
