ORDER OF PUBLICATION

 

The object of the entitled action is for the Plaintiffs to obtain a judicial decree partitioning all that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

 

BEGINNING on the westerly side of Shady Avenue, at the corner of a twenty (20) foot alley; thence in a southerly direction with the westerly line of Shady Avenue, 41.35 feet to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction, 150 feet, more or less, to a point on âCã Street, 62.36 feet southerly from the intersection of said âCã Street and said twenty (20) foot alley, thence in a northerly direction with the line of said âCã Street, 62.36 feet to said twenty (20) foot alley; thence in a northeasterly direction and with the line of said twenty (20) foot alley, 150 feet to the said line of Shady Avenue, the place of beginning, and being a part of Lot 60 of the Fairplains Addition No. 3 by the Parkersburg Industrial Company, a plat of which said addition is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 2, at page 96, to which said plat reference is hereby made.

 

It appearing by affidavit filed in this the following.

  1. That Plaintiff and his office have used due diligence to ascertain the existence of any and all Unknown Heirs and Claimants of the Estate of Robert Richard Lee.

ORDERED, that Defendants, Unknown Heirs and Claimants of the Estate of Robert Richard Lee, do appearand serve upon Timothy J. Amos, Plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer or defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before the 7th day of February, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.

A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the Clerk at her office located at 2 Government Square, Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in said County and State.
