On or about November 21, 2016, Z.B., the above-named child was born to RACHAEL DAVIS. It appearing that the Father, JAMES EDGELL, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MARCH 20, 2017, at the hour of 1:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JAMES EDGELL, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, DEBRA STEED, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 515 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 865-0880.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JAMES EDGELL with respect of the above-named child, Z.B.
