To: The above named Defendant, Tonya Marie Hart, her unknown heirs, devisees, successors or assigns if any.
The object of the above-styled action is to modify the administrative terms and/or terminate the Hobert Prunty Trust Dated February 29, 2008.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the above named Defendant, Tonya Marie Hart, and her unknown heirs, devisees, successors or assigns, if any, are unknown and/or that such individuals or entities are nonresidents of the State of West Virginia, and the Plaintiff having made diligent efforts to locate said Defendants without effect, it is accordingly ORDERED that each of them do appear and serve upon Leslie L. Maze, Attorney At Law, whose address is P.O. Box 279, Elizabeth, West Virginia, 26143, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty days of the date of the first publication of this notice. Otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against the Defendant at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in the Wood County Judicial Building in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
