On or about December 12, 2016, N.B., the above-named child was born to LINDSEY BUZZARD. It appearing that the Mother, LINDSEY BUZZARD, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MARCH 20, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, LINDSEY BUZZARD, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERNEST DOUGLASS ATTORNEY AT LAW, 914 MARKET STREET, SUTIE 300, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-4595.
