On or about April 15, 2010, V.B., the above-named child was born to BRANDON BOLING. It appearing that the Mother, BRANDON BOLING, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MARCH 20, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, BRANDON BOLING, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, DEAN FURNER ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, BRANDON BOLING with respect of the above-named child, V.B.
