On or about December 12, 2016, the above-named child, N.B., was born to LINDSEY BUZZARD. On or about April 15, 2010, the above-named child, V.B., was born to BRANDON BOLING. On or about April 16, 1999, the above-name child, M.C., was born to MARY COON. The above-named child, D.M., was born to UNKNOWN MOTHER. It appearing that the Father, ANTHONY BOLING, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MARCH 20, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, ANTHONY BOLING, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, GEORGE TORRES, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3901 BRISCOE RUN ROAD, PARKERSBURG, WV, 26105, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-1337.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, ANTHONY BOLING, with respect of the above-named children, N.B., V.B., M.C., and D.M.
