On or about July 29. 2003 and 3/19/2001, M.B. and N.B., the above-named children were born to BETTY BROWN. It appearing that the Father, MARC BROWN/UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the June 2, 2015, at the hour of 11:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MARC BROWN/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, REGGIE BAILEY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 1083, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3610.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MARC BROWN/UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named children, M.B. and N.B.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Father, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
