The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above named Respondent: IRA BLAIR HYDE
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that IRA BLAIR HYDE serve upon MARGARET ANN HYDE C/O CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, ROOM 133, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOV. 15, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
