The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce:

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner. It is hereby ORDERED that KAYLA SHAFFER serve upon WILLIAM SHAFFER petitioner, whose address is WILLIAM SHAFFER, ST MARYS CORRECTIONAL CENTER, 2880 NORTH PLEASANTS HIGHWAY, ST MARYS, WV 26170 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DEC 3, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
