The object of the above entitled action is to establish the correct chain of Assignments relating to the Deed of Trust recorded in Wood County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 811, at page 865.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Herbert C. Johnston and the Estate of Elizabeth M. Johnston, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitionerás attorney Sarah Crichigno, Fabio Crichigno and Ashleigh Sickler, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 5000 Coombs Farm Drive, Suite 104, Morgantown, WV 26508, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before February 1, 2016; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás office.
