On or about January 5, 2005, A.W., the above-named child was born to AMBER CONLEY. It appearing that the Father, MICHAEL UHL, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the March 1, 2016, at the hour of 4:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MICHAEL UHL has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERNEST DOUGLASS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 914 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-4595.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MICHAEL UHL, with respect of the above-named child, A.W.
