The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Norman Jean McClung and And/or Any current Occupant are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Norma Jean McClung and And/or Any Current Occupant via personal service on the 18th and 22nd day of March, 2016, without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that Norma Jean McClung do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 5040 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 120, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before 5-13-16, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Norma Jean McClung and And/or Any Current Occupant at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Wood County, West Virginia.
