The object of the above entitled action is quiet title and reform the Deed of Trust to include an inadvertently omitted Trustee relating to the Deed of Trust recorded in Wood County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 938, at page 813.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Brian E. Greene and Eric C. Reynolds, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitionerás attorney Victoria L. Wilson, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before July 8, 2016; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás office.
