The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $2960.00 plus court cost and interest from judgment date on abandon trailer lot rent for two years, to be awarded a clear title so trailer can be destroyed and removed to landfill.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect. it is ordered that Lisa M. Sutton do serve upon Brenda Marshall, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Ste 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 7-11-2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Lisa M. Sutton at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
