It is hereby ordered that JACKQLINE M WHITE- PHILPOTT Respondent, serve upon ALAN KEITH PHILPOTT, JR Petitioner, whose address is NCRG, #1 LOIS LANE, GREENWOOD, WV 26415, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 8, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
