It is hereby ordered that TARA LYNN MCCARTNEY Respondent, serve upon ERIC SCOTT MCCARTNEY Petitioner, whose address is 154 BRADFORD AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 5, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
