It is hereby ordered that LISA ANN HOFFMAN Respondent, serve upon CHARLES JASON HOFFMAN Petitioner, whose address is DENMAR CORRECTIONAL CENTER, 4319 DENMAR RD, HILLSBORO, WV 24946, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 22, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
