Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of December, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Justin Michael Dove will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, WV, at the Courthouse therefore in the City of Franklin for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Justin Michael Dove to Justin Michael Hammer. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
