Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of June, 2022, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Victoria L. Pratt will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Pendleton County, WV, at the Courthouse therefore in the City of Franklin, WV for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Tharen Ray Pratt to Tharen Ray Lundy Claypool. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
