It appearing by affidavit in this action that after diligence to determine the address of Kade Kaba Sawyers, residency is unknown, it is hereby ordered that Kade Kaba Sawyers serve upon Mary Sawyers, whose address is 65 Teaberry Lane, Brandywine, WV 26802, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in this action, on or before May 12, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
