It is hereby ordered that Carl lee Kidd, Jr. serve upon Kristina Nicole Kidd, Petitioner, whose address is 8887 Snowy Mountain Rd., Circleville, WV 26804, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before Sept. 14, 2020. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
