To the Respondent Parents:
It appearing by affidavit in this action that after due diligence to determine an address for SAMANTHA R. PICKETT and UNKNOWN FATHER, their residency is unknown and/or outside the State of West Virginia, and it is hereby ordered that SAMANTHA R. PICKETT and UNKNOWN FATHER serve upon HOLLEY BRADSHAW, by filing with the Circuit Clerk of Pendleton County, West Virginia, at PO Box 846, Franklin, WV 26807, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in this action, on or before April 19, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
