Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July, 2021, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Justin Kurtis Hedrick will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Pendleton County, WV, at the Courthouse therefore in the City of Franklin for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Justin Kurtis Hedrick to Justin Kurtis Heavener. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
