Notice is hereby given that on the 9th of November, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Adam Lee Nelson will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Pendleton County, WV, at the Courthouse therefore in the City of Petersburg, WV, for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Dillian Gaige VanMeter to Dillian Gaige Nelson. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
