NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME:
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Jestani Ann Atkins will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Pendleton County, WV, at the Courthouse therefore in the City of Franklin for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Jestani Ann Atkins to Jestani Ann Taylor. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
